The staff greeted me with warmth each time, and they were accommodating when I needed help lifting my bags. The room itself was clean, with a decent-sized TV and a quiet environment despite being in a busy area. the bathroom setup felt cramped, especially with a shower separated only by a curtain. It felt awkward using the small space, particularly when it came to organizing toiletries. the breakfast options were quite limited, with pancakes sometimes stuck in the machine. I had high hopes for a more varied menu. The lifts were also unreliable, one being out of order during my stay, which turned into a hassle at peak times.

The bed in the Standard Queen Room was super comfortable, providing a restful night's sleep amidst Melbourne's bustling CBD.

I could hear the tram noise at night, which was a bit distracting, but not a total dealbreaker. WiFi was solid, and I appreciated the bag storage after checkout.
